About LF Advisory

LF Advisory was started because small and medium business owners don’t have access to the financial tools that larger organisations use in their management and decision making.

We aim to deliver the services and insight that in an-house finance team would at a price point that the small or medium business owner can justify.

LF Advisory has been designed from the ground up as a service that is designed to be more sophisticated than a bookkeeping service but more cost effective than paying for outsourced CFO Advisory or paying for your tax accountant to add scope to their engagement. Business owners find that a basic bookkeeping solution is insufficient once the business reaches a certain size and level of complexity. Unfortunately for business owners, this point is often before they have the means to justify hiring a full time finance manager. This is the gap we aim to fill for our clients.

We’ve designed our business to be exclusively devoted to adding value to our clients. We don’t have a large tax lodgement program as it will distract us from our core focus. We only lodge activity statements and other minor lodgements (no tax returns) and bundle the cost these lodgements into our fees.

We have both experience in tax - having worked as a tax and business services accountant previously as well as industry experience - working for a number of years as a business’ internal accountant. Therefore, we we have a well-rounded understanding of what business owners require.

Business Activity Statement and Instalment Activity Statement Lodgement

Included in your fees are the time taken to prepare the statutory lodgements required by their due dates.

Forecasting and Advisory Services

We go beyond just looking into the past. We also offer the option of working with you to design a forecast and use this to measure success in the monthly reporting pack.
